How does made to order work?
Everything in the shop is made fresh after you place your order, nothing is sitting pre-made in a box. This means your item is made just for you, and you can often choose colours, weights, or accessories via the product listing options.
How long will my order take?
Most items are dispatched within 1–10 business days of your order being placed. Once dispatched, delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method. Once we receive your order, you will be notified by email of your production date slot and estimated dispatch date.
I need my order urgently... please help!
Yes! Once you receive your production slot confirmation email, you will be shown options to fast-track your order (if available) to jump the queue. If you would like to take up the offer, click the link to pay for the upgrade and you will be emailed to confirm your new production slot. No judgment, we've all been there with a forgotten birthday.
What shipping options are there?
We send our orders through Australia Post tracked parcels. You can choose Standard or Express shipping at checkout. Free shipping is available for orders over $95.
Can I customise my order?
Yes! Customisation options (colours, accessories, weights etc.) are listed on each product page. Select your preferences before adding to cart, or leave a note at checkout if you have a specific request.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment — Made by Janey currently ships within Australia only. Watch this space!
Can I order something that isn't listed in the shop?
Possibly! Slide into my DMs at @justaskjaney on Instagram or TikTok and tell me what you're after. If I can make it, we'll work something out.
Who makes everything?
Me, Janey. Just me. Every item is handmade by one person (hi) usually while hyper-focused at an unreasonable hour. That's the whole deal.
